Yoga classes offered are based in the Hatha tradition, including meditation and breathing exercises combined with restorative yoga. The asanas or poses are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced with modifications provided. 

All classes are virtual and open to all regardless of age, race, sexual orientation or gender. Specialized classes are available for elders that focus on balance and mobility.
